Not all kombucha tastes the same. Know your Bhu!

There’s a whole lot that goes into brewing kombucha. While there is a basic set of ingredients and methods similar to all brewers, here are a few things that vary from brewer to brewer or brand to brand ~ 

• type and quality of tea used. Some brands use a mix of black and green tea. Bhu uses only organic green tea, sourced from lower Dibang Valley (Arunachal Pradesh). 

• amount, type and quality of sugar used. All our blends have organic sulphur-less sugar. The amount varies with each blend (all info on the with the product details)

• type and quality of other ingredients used (to flavour). Bhu uses 100% real, natural herbs, botanicals, fruits and veg, sourced locally.

• how long the kombucha is fermented for. We do a 15+ day ferment, nothing less. 

Bhu is also completely raw and unpasteurised. The slight amount of fizz comes from natural carbonation. We don’t add any extra soda 🫧
