Process: Made with lacto-fermented chillies, and our OG Bhu Pukka, here is a hot sauce that sees all of us chatpata folk. Layered with fruit and spices, inspired by the best of North India Imli chutney, Pulse candy & Aam ka achaar, crafted with Chef Charu, the creative mind behind Avayava Dining, and long-time Bhu collaborator.
How to: We recommend you drizzle this over anything from eggs, rice and daal, quiches or samosas. Store refrigerated for best freshness.
